• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if orders have been communicated to vendors/merchants, and they have initiated the shipping process.
• We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers and eatables. Refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the delivered product’s quality is not satisfactory.
• Report damaged or defective items to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt. The request will be entertained after the merchant has checked and determined the issue.
• If you believe the received product does not match the site description or your expectations, notify our customer service within 7 days. The Customer Service Team will investigate and make an appropriate decision.
• For products with manufacturer warranties, refer to the manufacturer for complaints.
• If ELYF Digital approves a refund, it will take 9-15 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
