- All consultations are scheduled through consult.elyfdigital.com. By booking an appointment, you agree to abide by our consultation process and guidelines.
- Payment for appointments is processed through a secure payment gateway. In the event of a payment failure by the payment gateway, the refund process will be handled as per the policies of the payment gateway provider.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the booking process. ELYF Digital is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by the client.
- ELYF Digital reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the consultation service, including appointment scheduling, without prior notice.
- All information shared during consultations is considered confidential. ELYF Digital will not disclose client information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for ELYF Digital
Our Cancellation and Refund Policy at ELYF Digital are crafted to ensure transparency and fairness in handling payment-related matters:- Appointment Cancellation: If you need to cancel a booked appointment, please notify us in advance through a written email from the registered ID used during booking to business@elyfdigital.com.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds for payments received by ELYF Digital will be considered only after the booked appointment is canceled. Ensure to provide the necessary details in your cancellation email.
- Refund Process: Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will initiate the refund process. The time taken for the refund may vary depending on the payment gateway provider’s policies.
- Client Obligations: Clients are responsible for understanding our cancellation and refund policy. Failure to adhere to the policy may result in the forfeiture of the refund.
- Limitation of Liability: ELYF Digital is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our consultation services.
Additional Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated on Dec 21st, 2023- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if orders have been communicated to vendors/merchants, and they have initiated the shipping process.
- We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers and eatables. Refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the delivered product’s quality is not satisfactory.
- Report damaged or defective items to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt. The request will be entertained after the merchant has checked and determined the issue.
- If you believe the received product does not match the site description or your expectations, notify our customer service within 7 days. The Customer Service Team will investigate and make an appropriate decision.
- For products with manufacturer warranties, refer to the manufacturer for complaints.
- If ELYF Digital approves a refund, it will take 9-15 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
